Praise the Lord!

Audrey's surgery went great. She was in recovery for about 6 hours or so due to nausea from the anethesia. This was pretty much the only problem she encountered. We were moved to a room at about 5 p.m. yesterday. She had a chest x-ray, and a pacemaker check this morning before we left the hospital.

Everything seems to be working well. We got home at about 12:30 p.m. today. Audrey is feeling great now that she's home. She's been eating, playing and resting. We've had to tell her to slow down and take it easy a few times. :) She will have to keep her left arm in a sling for 3 weeks. She's not allowed to lift it since that can cause the leads to come out.

After 3 weeks, she'll be able to move her arm freely. There is still risk of infection to the incision site as well as the risk of the leads coming out. So please keep Audrey in your prayers that neither of those things happen.

God is great. He has done so much for us. We know that He has all control. We are so happy to be home now.
