The Congregation Survived!

HA! However, I wasn't brief...but wasn't too too long. ;) :)

I was nervous but excited. I was preaching in front of close friends and my daughter's in-laws....so I was amongst family.

At the very least...I thought...even if went down in flames...than I was going to be obedient to God...and there is joy in obedience. :P

There were no visible flames and I'm happy. ;p

At this point, I'm still more teacher than preacher.....but my pastor friend said..."One day, you'll leave more space in your notes and the Lord will fill them in."

I thought that was good advice.
