I have been speaking with people in India and the Phillipines for a couple of hours today downloading Quickbooks payroll. All the ladies were very nice and very helpful. I didn't have a problem with their accents because they spoke English very well. The probably had trouble with mine...because ya know...I have a pretty thick southern accent. Ha!
I have been IRS land for the past week at work...which is always a thrill a minute! I've done w-2's, w3's, 940's, 1099's...AND I'M NOT AN ACCOUNTANT!!! It's something I have to do every year and it hasn't ever gotten easier. For 2010, we will be using the new quickbooks program...so I'm assured that this coming year and next year Tax season should be MUCH easier on me. Hopefully!
