I used this example (found I think in our new Sanctification booklet) to briefly explain Sanctification at camp. (The Biblical example is Isaac and Ishmael...where Ishmael had to be put out...away from the child of promise.)

I used twin girls actually, but you can use two boys.
One will be "flesh"...one will be "spirit".
When we are saved, God has forgiven us of our PAST sins. But we still have a struggle going on in our lives. Our "flesh" (desire to sin-Adam's nature) wants to wrestle with our "spirit" (desire to serve the Lord-Christ's nature).
We desire to do good and serve the Lord, but every time we want to do good the "flesh" tries to tug, push, pull us back into sin. (have boys act out appropriately). This struggle can quickly become more than we can handle. What a terrible way to live!!
However, we can be delivered from this struggle. We can call upon Jesus Christ who provided for our Sanctification (cleansing and setting apart) on the cross by shedding His blood. (have someone else play Jesus). He loved us so much that He was willing to die on the cross to put a stop to this struggle...to get rid of the flesh.
When we cry out to Jesus to Sanctify us, His blood will wash us clean, purifies us and separates us from our "flesh" (stand between boys)...providing us with the ability to live free from sin.
Although Sanctification is an instant work provided by the blood of Jesus, we still must read our Bibles and pray every day to make sure that we stay clean and separated so "flesh" isn't able to come back and wrestle and fight with us again. (Jesus guards "spirit" boy).
We don't have to live with this struggle. It's important for us to be Sanctified as soon as we are Saved. It is the will of God.
